Penstock Lagoon is fishing well but has tapered off tad.

Woods Lake is high and fishing well to all methods as most lakes do in October. Size has picked up a bit this year with some fish nudging 2kg.

Lake Leake remains constant with some quality brown and rainbow trout being caught predominantly by spin and troll anglers.

A 4kg Atlantic Salmon caught late last week at Granton drift spinning into shore while chasing sea run trout.

Bibbed minnows such as this Megabass X80 being used right across the to spin for trout from the shore or boat.
